Why do I like living in Carmel Valley San Diego CA?

My family and I moved to Carmel Valley in 2003. My husband was hesitant to move to Carmel Valley since he thought it is too far from his work and we will hit the traffic. It took couple of years to persuade him to move to Carmel Valley. When we saw our home we fell in love with the house and the area.
It is a quiet residential area with only 14 home in our subdivision. It is close to all major freeways, shopping, dinning, sport club, walking trails, bike trails, horse trails and best of all the beaches.
The traffic is not as bad as we thought and it is not really that far from work.
The schools are number one in the county and very desirable area.
